Confidencia

Es contagioso estar rodeado de gente confidente con caracter positivo y energia enfocada, que son felices con ellos mismos y la vida . Ellos saben donde están y adónde van. La gente menos confidente puede drenar la energía de todo el mundo que les rodea. Pasar tiempo con ellos le dejan sensación de cansancio y agotamiento. Lo ideal sería que usted no tuviera muchos de esos que llamamos amigos tóxicos debido a que usted los elimina, los ubica en otras partes o los neutraliza antes de que le drenen la energia a usted. // Confident people bounce with positive, focused energy – they’re happy with themselves and life – and they’re infectious to be with. They know where they are at and where they’re going. Less confident people can drain the energy from everyone around them. Spend time with them and you’re left feeling tired and exhausted. Ideally, you don’t have many of what we call toxic friends because you wipe them out, park them elsewhere, or neutralise them before they wipe you out.
